Full-Stack Engineer

• Sole backend engineer on the eServices team of a B2B e-commerce and logistics platform, owning ten microservices end to end — telco top-ups, bill payments, insurance, shopping affiliates, a centralized transaction and activity service, CAS, reconciliation, receipting and an orchestrator.
• Built the orchestrator and the telco handler from scratch — the handler splits outbound traffic between the legacy telco API and third-party providers, cutting top-up latency from roughly 4 seconds to around 400 milliseconds and isolating the platform from provider-side failures.
• Migrated the inherited legacy services onto Python 3.14, rewriting some from PHP and upgrading others from older Python, retiring end-of-life dependencies and consolidating onto one supported runtime.
• Evaluate new requirements and third-party provider options against the existing architecture, and work with the FinServ and marketplace platform teams on shared transaction and settlement flows.
• Own production support for eServices and administer the AWS EC2 instances (Ubuntu and Amazon Linux 2023) each service runs on, diagnosing and correcting defects and performance bottlenecks within established testing and release protocols, and maintain the documentation, SOPs and runbooks behind them.
• Joined on the mobile app in React Native before taking on the backend, and still pick up React and TypeScript work where needed; use Claude Code and n8n to keep routine fixes and operational tasks from queueing behind one engineer.

Software Engineer

• Deliver custom web and mobile applications end to end for client businesses — requirements gathering, architecture, build, deployment and ongoing support.
• Built the Rapidoo SuperApp and the microservices behind it — a Philippine express-delivery platform spanning transport, food delivery and logistics, expanding into payments and mass transit.
• Advise clients on software design proposals, technology selection and cost evaluation for software purchases and upgrades.
• Write and maintain technical and end-user documentation and operational procedures for deployed applications.
• Currently building my own product, DizLink, a bootstrapped startup, while assembling a new team to grow it.

Software Engineer

• Maintained and extended the internal education management platform running freelance teaching staff and service operations at a Japanese-owned K-12 provider, identifying technology and process limitations and implementing fixes with counterparts at the Japanese parent company.
• Built the EZY Lifestyle operations website and its companion mobile apps from scratch — Laravel and PHP on the back end, Vue.js on the web front end, Ionic for the iOS and Android builds.

• Designed and built internal web applications full-stack in C# and ASP.NET MVC, carrying both front-end and back-end tasks against system designs and technical specifications.
• Promoted to Senior within three years, taking on architecture decisions, peer code review and refactoring to improve performance and maintainability across the platform.
• Introduced ASP.NET SignalR across the internal platform, so updates, notifications and messages reached users in real time rather than on page refresh.
